Innovation

Neurogenics, is a research and development company that creates IP [Intellectually Property.] The company’s assets are its people, its patents, its portfolio of trademarks, commercial brands, its marketing methods and the invaluable experience of its people instead of its physical assets. Not only are we involved in manufacturing, but we also focus on new ideas for innovative and improved products and designs. We will continue to develop our products in an ethical and responsible manner.

Our Technology

Cacao is rich in antioxidant molecules (flavanols such as epicatechin) which neutralize free radicals within the body’s cells. Highly reactive free radicals can damage important aspects of cell function and are thought to be an important causative factor in ‘metabolic syndrome’ (a cluster of modern lifestyle disorders which includes hypertension, atherosclerosis, stroke, diabetes, increased incidence of cancer).

A particularly exciting recent tranche of research publications indicate that antioxidant molecules and other constituents of cacao may be neuroprotective, and improve cognitive function in animal and clinical

studies. The flavonoid molecules (found in high concentrations in cacao) promote neuronal survival and synaptic plasticity (which underlies the formation of memories). The cacao flavonoid, Epicatechin, improves various aspects of cognition in animals and humans. Molecular studies indicate that cacao inhibits the formation of abnormal amyloid which forms the senile plaques present in the brains of Alzheimer patients.

We have been focused on applying the cardiovascular and neuroprotective qualities of the powerful stimulants and complex chemicals either individually or aggregately to new and radically different delivery platforms and mediums

Our Business Model

Our business model is based on:

1- Fortress Monopoly.

A fortress style virtual monopoly space built on intellectual property, particularly strong patents.

2- Value Added Monopoly.

A virtual monopoly space built to protect key value-added features of the products we supply. The objective here is to stop competitors.

3- Hub Monopoly.

A fortress style virtual monopoly space built on intellectual property, particularly strong process and culture of developing patents

4- Monopoly in a Box

This sits on our monopoly position and is about building a creative advantage using our hub and virtual monopoly. Our creative advantages must be protected by design and trademarks for our products to complement our patents.
